As President and CFO, Jason is responsible for leading the commercial organization, HR, Facilities, Marketing, Operations, and Technology, as well as all finance-related activities. An executive with over 20 years of experience, Jason has held various leadership roles including as the global CFO of a private-equity held loyalty engagement and subscription services firm, a multi-regional CFO of a $2 billion private equity-held marketing services firm and roles as the Global VP of FP&A and VP Corporate Controller for marketing execution services public company Inner Workings (NASDAQ:INWK), where he helped drive a successful sale of INWK. He began his career as a CPA at Deloitte, building a strong foundation in financial management and client service.
