Devon Gutierrez is an Operations Analyst at VestGen Advisors LLC, where he supports the firm’s operational infrastructure with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. His areas of expertise include custodial operations, data organization, workflow optimization, client documentation, and client support, all of which contribute to a streamlined experience for both advisors and clients.
Devon brings a strong analytical and process-driven mindset to his role. Prior to joining VestGen in August 2025, he completed a Business Development Internship at Broadridge in 2024, where he developed a data-driven AHA reporting dashboard that helped streamline monthly leadership reporting. He has also demonstrated thought leadership in emerging technology, speaking at the inaugural Big Sky AI Roundtable on the impact of artificial intelligence on the next generation of workers.
