As CEO, Jason is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and execution, expanding its platform through M&A, technology integration, and talent development. He drives operational excellence and the consistent delivery of a team-based client experience, ensuring the infrastructure and culture needed to support advisors and clients at scale. With over 25 years of experience, Jason was most recently President and CFO at VestGen and has held various leadership roles including as the global CFO of an Elliott Management portfolio company, a multi-regional CFO of a $2 billion revenue Blackstone portfolio company and roles as the Global VP of FP&A and VP Corporate Controller for a $1 billion revenue NASDAQ-listed firm. He began his career as a CPA at Deloitte, building a strong foundation in financial management and client service.
