Rob Bondiman is the Head of Advisors at VestGen and brings more than 18 years of experience in the investment industry, with a career spanning Fidelity, TIAA, and JPMorgan. He spent ten years as a financial advisor and eight years in management and leadership roles, where he focused on coaching professionals and supporting advisor development.
During his time at JPMorgan, Rob played an integral role in the rollout of Salesforce to field leadership teams, contributing to improved operational workflows and enhanced advisor support.
At VestGen, Rob leads the firm’s advisory teams across all locations. His responsibilities include supporting advisor growth, fostering collaboration, and strengthening the firm’s approach to hiring, training, and succession planning to help promote continuity for advisors and clients.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys cycling, cooking, and traveling, and values time spent with his family. He and his wife, Denise—also a financial advisor—are parents to two sons, Pierce and Enzo, and are expecting the arrival of their daughter in January 2026.
