Jeff teamed up with Joe and Keith in June of 1997 and is responsible for several aspects of the day-to-day operations of the firm. He specializes in assisting our Advisors with investment research and portfolio construction along with his intricate knowledge of trading, cost basis, and markets. Jeff has made a career in the securities industry with over 20 years of investment experience. He specializes in investment research and portfolio construction along with expert knowledge of the intricacies of trading, cost basis and markets.

Along with a wealth of career knowledge of the investment environment, Jeff also has an extensive network of Portfolio Managers, CFA’s, Analysts and Portfolio Specialists that he and the firm rely on for their expertise. He has extensive education including the Certified Investment Management Analysts® designation as well as completion of the Yale School of Management Executive Education Investment Management Theory and Practice Program.

Jeff’s blue-collar midwestern work ethic stems from his beginnings as a farm kid in Northwest Illinois where getting things done wasn’t optional on the family farm. That has transitioned to his adult life not only professionally through his constant thirst to further his education, but also personally as he has spent a majority of his fatherhood teaching and mentoring youth baseball players and leading local baseball organizations. Golf and hunting serve as a respite during downtime as well as spending time with his wife, Shawna, and his son, Calen.
