As President and CFO, Jason is responsible for functional leadership of Legal, Compliance, HR, Client Services, Facilities and Marketing as well as all finance related activities. An executive with over 20 years of experience, Jason has held various leadership roles including as the global CFO of a private-equity held loyalty engagement and subscription services firm, a multi-regional CFO of a $2 billion private equity-held marketing services firm and roles as the Global VP of FP&A and VP Corporate Controller for marketing execution services public company Inner Workings (NASDAQ:INWK), where he helped drive a successful sale of INWK. He began his career as a CPA at Deloitte, building a strong foundation in financial management.
