In prior leadership roles, Sarah has been instrumental in shaping the entire HR department, guiding more than 150 acquisitions, and welcoming over 2,000 new employees. Her expertise in building HR teams and managing complex acquisitions will be key to VestGen’s continued growth. Sarah is dedicated to fostering a positive, high-performance culture by implementing innovative people strategies and aligning HR practices with the company’s values. Her focus on talent development and employee engagement helps create a vibrant, dynamic workplace. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Keller University.
