Bob was named a Financial Times 401 Top Retirement Plan Advisor for three consecutive years (2016–2018) and has been recognized as a National Five Star Wealth Manager* for 12 years running. He is also a Qualifying and Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) with Top of the Table status—an honor reserved for the highest-achieving advisors in the profession.
He holds multiple FINRA securities registrations, including Series 6, 7, 22, 24, 62, 63, and 65, and maintains his industry knowledge through ongoing education and training. In addition, Bob is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA).
As Managing Director at VestGen and an active member of the Retirement Plan Advisory Group (RPAG), Bob has access to leading ERISA attorneys and CFAs. RPAG equips his team with advanced tools for benchmarking plan costs, monitoring investment performance, and ensuring compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) regulations.
Bob resides in Burr Ridge, Illinois, with his wife Kathy. He is a proud father and grandfather. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, golfing, snow skiing, and taking care of his yard.

Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E. Been terminated from a financial services firm within the past 11 years; F. Been convicted of a felony); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients.
